What this covers

This applies to snow-leopard.dev and anything I run under it. That includes sites, APIs, webhooks, and endpoints such as webhook.snow-leopard.dev, api.snow-leopard.dev, and any other snow-leopard.dev subdomain.

What I collect

I collect and may save anything sent through my services. For example, this can include full API requests, webhook payloads, form submissions, uploaded data, headers, query parameters, account IDs, and other information sent by you or another service.

Some technical details are logged too, such as your IP address, timestamps, the URL requested, request method, response status, user agent, and error or security logs. Basically, if you send something to one of my APIs, you should assume I can see it and it might be stored. Please don't send private or sensitive information unless you really need to and have permission to do so.

What I use it for

I use this information to make the service work, process API and webhook requests, and check performance. If something goes wrong, I may use the information that was sent and any related logs to figure out what happened and solve the issue. I also use it to stop abuse, look into security problems, and improve things.

Where it goes and how long I keep it

Data can end up in logs, databases, backups, or systems run by my hosting providers. I keep it for as long as I need it to run and secure the services, deal with abuse, or follow the law. This means there isn't one fixed deletion time for every type of data.

I don't sell your information. Some of it may be processed or stored by the companies that host my site, servers, and databases. Other than that, I would only share it if I'm required to by law or need to deal with abuse, fraud, or a security problem.

Security and questions

I try to keep anything I store safe, though nothing online can be completely secure. If you'd rather not send any more information, you can stop using the service or disconnect the integration linked to it.
